Site Manager - West Meath

Inform3 are recruiting for a busy main contractor working on a mixture of projects in the midlands. Projects include residential, commercial, education and heritage & conservation. This particular project will be residential.

Job Title: Site Manager

Job Location: Westmeath

Sector: Residential

Salary: €70,000 - €80,000

The Role

• Health & Safety awareness
• Management from phase one through to finishing trades and subcontractors
• Liaising with engineers
• Awareness of all regulations and legalities
• Providing clear leadership abilities and direction to the site team
• Attending site meetings with up-to-date reporting on all site-based activities
• Effectively prioritise areas of work and meet strict deadlines

Job Requirements

• Construction Management degree or anything of the same discipline preferred
• At least 5 years’ experience in a Site Manager or Foreman role
• Good IT skills e.g., Microsoft products
• Finishing experience desired
• Good problem-solving skills
• Leadership and Communication skills
• Residential experience required
