Site Manager - Tipperary

Medium size builder who would usually work on projects worth €500k - €10m in the Tipperary area. Would have experience in health, residential and commercial sectors as well as renovation.

Salary: €65k - €75k

Sector: Residential & Commercial

The Role

• Managing day to day running of construction site
• Working in a multi-functionary team environment
• Ensuring that all work follows safety procedures
• Attending meetings on a weekly basis
• Keeping track of manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping making note of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of equipment on site
• Maintaining quality control checks

Job Requirements

• Professional/Trade qualification in Carpentry
• 5+ years’ experience in construction industry is essential.
• Excellent communication, planning, leadership & attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Full driving licence
• Experience with a main contractor preferable.
