Site Manager - Dublin

INFORM3 Recruitment are seeking a Site Manager for a Munster based main contractor who are busy in the Dublin area. Projects would primarily consist of commercial fitouts around €1-2m in value and last 3-4 months.

Job Location: Dublin

Salary: €70k - €75k

Sector: Commercial Fitout

The Role

• Managing day to day running of construction site
• Working in a multi-functionary team environment
• Ensuring that all work follows safety procedures
• Attending meetings on a weekly basis
• Keeping track of manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping making note of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of equipment on site
• Maintaining quality control checks

Job Requirements

• Professional/Trade qualification in Carpentry
• Commercial fitout experience an advantage
• 5+ years’ experience in construction industry is essential.
• Excellent communication, planning, leadership & attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Full driving licence
• Experience with a main contractor preferable.
