Site Manager

Job Location: England – Midlands

Sector: Civil

 

INFORM3 are seeking to appoint a Site Manager to work on a water based civils project in midlands England. 

The client requires the candidate will need to be adept at organising & controlling a work bank, fostering influential relationships at all organisational levels, Water Rehabilitation Project focused.

Flights and accommodation will be provided – working week pattern 4 days England 1 day NI

 

Site Manager Requirements:

  • Assume overall responsibility for the successful delivery of projects
  • Deliver the work safely, without environmental incidents and to the specified quality without defects
  • Manage subcontractors and provide direct instruction and support as necessary such that contractual arrangements are achieved
  • Ensure the commercial performance of the contract is maximised
  • Ensure production and implementation of Project Plans, risk assessments, method statements, site waste management plans are in line with Company procedures
  • Produce and manage the project programme
  • Encourage and coach team members to develop their skills

 

Site Manager Specification:

  • Minimum 5 years Industry experience
  • Experience on organising men and ordering materials
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of software
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • The ability to lead, manage and proactively participate in project teams
  • Full Driving License
