INFORM3 Construction Recruitment has a new opportunity with a multi award winning building contractor who has a busy order book already leading into 2022. The company has an excellent reputation locally for developing staff with both internal and external training.  They also have a very low turn over of staff and pride themselves on working with people to ensure a healthy work life balance. The project is a €4M part new build part refurbishment project in Dublin. There is a steel frame structure with the new build section along with sizable external envelope on the development. Excellent package with a van and fuel card.

Site Manager role

• Reporting to the Construction Director you will be managing the day to day running of the site
• Delivery of the job on time, within specification and on budget whilst maintaining high safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Managing sub-contractors, engineering and operational staff and personnel on site.
• Scheduling weekly work programmes, recording and reviewing weekly progress reports
• Facilitating the flow of information between the Design Team and Construction Team

Site Manager Requirements

• Degree in construction management or Trade qualification is essential
• Experience with retaining walls and structures 
• 5+ Yrs Experience Site Management
• Computer literate
• Full understanding of design drawings
