Site Manager - Dublin

Job Title – Site Manager  

Project – Residential Project

Job Location – North Dublin

Salary - €75K - €90K salary

About the Company:

Working with a market leading Specialist Contractor who specialise in high volume residential developments across North Leinster are currently recruiting for a Site Manager.

The specialist contractor has just secured a €30m project in North Dublin and are keen to expand their core team to keep up with this demand – project to run for up to 5 years.  

This company is known for its high standard of work end excellent staff retention.

The Role:

• Coordination and supervision of various projects as required by the business.
• Oversee projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites.
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
• Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, procurement of materials and meeting deadlines.
• Ensure H&S and Company Policies are adhered to.
• Regularly meet with Clients and other stakeholders to update them on the progress of the projects.
• Perform company compliance, H&S and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.

Requirements:

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar Trade Qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing high volume sites for specialist contractors or property developers.
• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in the Construction Industry.
• Strong awareness of H&S and Health and Welfare Regulations and ability to implement these regulations on site.
• Experience working with facades packages eg. Brickwork
• Engineering background desirable.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
• Strong I.T skills are essential. (Microsoft Suite including Project).
• Clean Drivers License.
