Site Manager - Dublin

INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Site Manager

Project – Residential Refurb  

Job Location – Dublin City  

Salary – €65K - €70K + vehicle  

About the Company

Working with a reputable Main Building contractor who specialise in new build, refurbishment and fit out projects across the Dublin & Mid Leinster Region.

They require a Site Manager who has a proven record of working on residential (housing) developments with a particular emphasis on internal finishes.

This is a new refurbishment project starting at the end of January with a 12-month programme – internal refurb with minor structural works.  

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of the construction of a residential refurbishment.
• Oversee Industrial projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites.
• Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site.
• Liaise with the client and shareholders.
• Oversee the handover to owners.
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
• Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, ordering of materials and meeting deadlines.
• Perform company compliance and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar.
• A minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Site Manager.
• Experience managing residential projects to handover is essential.
• Refurbishment Experience essential.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
• Strong I.T skills are essential. (Microsoft Suite including Project)
