Site Manager - Tipperary

Inform3 are recruiting for a main contractor specialising in residential construction in Leinster and Munster. This particular project is based in South Tipperary and involves the construction of timber frame houses (project value €10m).

Project is currently coming out of the ground and has a duration of 12 months.

Job Title: Site Manager

Job Location: Tipperary

Sector: Residential

Salary: €65,000 - €75,000

The Role

• Health & Safety awareness
• Management from phase one through to finishing trades and subcontractors
• Reporting to the Director
• Working closely with the engineer on site
• Awareness of all regulations and legalities
• Providing clear leadership abilities and direction to the site team
• Attending site meetings with up-to-date reporting on all site-based activities
• Effectively prioritise areas of work and meet strict deadlines

Job Requirements

• Construction Management degree or anything of the same discipline preferred
• At least 3 years’ experience in a Site Manager or Foreman role
• Good IT skills e.g., Microsoft products
• Finishing experience desired
• Good problem-solving skills
• Leadership and Communication skills
• Housing experience required – preferably timber frame
