Site Manager - Laois

Inform3 are recruiting for a main contractor specialising in residential construction in Leinster and Munster. This particular project is based in Laois and involves the construction of 72 timber frame houses.

Project will be coming out of the ground in February and is set to last 18 - 24 months.

Job Title: Site Manager

Job Location: Tipperary

Sector: Residential (Houses)

Salary: €65,000 - €75,000 & Vehicle

The Role

• Health & Safety awareness
• Management from phase one through to finishing trades and subcontractors
• Reporting to the Director
• Working closely with the engineer on site
• Awareness of all regulations and legalities
• Providing clear leadership abilities and direction to the site team
• Attending site meetings with up-to-date reporting on all site-based activities
• Effectively prioritise areas of work and meet strict deadlines

Job Requirements

• Construction Management degree or anything of the same discipline preferred
• At least 3 years’ experience in a Site Manager or Foreman role
• Good IT skills e.g., Microsoft products
• Experience with Groundworks & Finishing required
• Good problem-solving skills
• Leadership and Communication skills
• Housing experience required – preferably timber frame
