Inform3 are recruiting for a leading Irish Property Developer who require a Site Manager for a large residential project – 101 Apartments in Dublin.

As this project enters its final 12 months, the focus will be more so on the internals so the ideal candidate would require some experience on this stage of the project. The Company already have 5/6 years’ work secured in Dublin for after.

 

Job Title: Site Manager (Internals)

Job Location: Dublin (North-side)

Sector: Residential

Salary: €75,000 - €80,000 with Travel Package & Bonus

 

The Role:

  • Responsibility for the management, coordination and execution of the scope of works for the project, whilst meeting the project objectives set out for EHS, design, technical, quality, programme and commercial.
  • Coordinate and monitor and review construction drawings, specifications and work requirements.
  • Allocate and manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction projects
  • Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed
  • Manage quality control for the lifecycle of the project and ensure all project documentation is managed correctly
  • Ensure material and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule
  • Modify and update the project programme with senior management to ensure key milestones are met.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Legislation.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project team.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Have at least 5 years relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Committed to working as part of a team and progress career development
  • Must have experience on the finishing stage of a project
  • Be motivated, organised and have excellent time management skills
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams
  • Be tech savvy and have good computer skills
  • Good knowledge of construction material and processes
  • Be able to multitask with a strong understanding of core management duties
