Site Manager - Dublin

Inform3 are recruiting for a reputable family-run main contractor working on a mixture of projects in Dublin and the midlands. Projects are primarily heritage and conservation with some residential and commercial. Company has 2-5 projects running at the one time with each having a Foreman on site.

This particular project will be a six-month conservation/stonework job based in Dublin valued at €2.5m. Strong order book with similar jobs for returning clients in Kildare and Dublin.

Job Title: Site Manager

Job Location: Dublin

Sector: Conservation

Salary: €70,000 - €80,000 & Travel package

The Role

• Health & Safety awareness
• Management through to finishing trades and subcontractors
• Awareness of all regulations and legalities
• Providing clear leadership abilities and direction to the site team
• Attending site meetings with up-to-date reporting on all site-based activities
• Effectively prioritise areas of work and meet strict deadlines

Job Requirements

• Construction Management degree or anything of the same discipline preferred
• At least 5 years’ experience in a Site Manager or Foreman role
• Good IT skills e.g., Microsoft products
• Conservation experience desired
• Good problem-solving skills
• Leadership and Communication skills
