Job Title – SITE MANAGER

Project – Various Projects in Greater Dublin Area

Job Location – Dublin

Salary - €65,000 - €70,000

The Role

  • The Site Manager shall be responsible for project completion on time, to specification, and within budget.
  • He shall report to the relevant Contracts Manager
  • Liaise with management on site
  • Oversee operations on a day-to-day basis
  • Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and track progress
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors
  • Carry out safety checks /Audits
  • Keep in close contact with members of the site team at all times
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors and planners
  • Ensure that work complies with building regulations as well as other legal requirements
  • Ensure Quality standards are maintained at all times.
  • Compile weekly activity schedule
  • Monitor and update programs weekly
  • Produce progress reports
  • Attend site meetings

 

 

Requirements

  • Successful candidate must be willing to travel and work in Dublin and the surrounding areas
  • Minimum of 5 years management experience, preferably within large sites
  • Experience in at least one of our key areas - commercial, residential, data centres and hospitality 
  • Trade Qualification or Construction related qualification
  • Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team and take instruction
  • Excellent computer skills – and willing to use them!
  • Microsoft Project proficient
  • Basic knowledge of BCAR
