INFORM3 are looking to appoint a Site Manager for a RC Frame project based in Dublin. The successful candidate will work on behalf of a client with a continuous record in producing projects that are on time and to the highest standard. The client has over 15 years’ specialist experience in Concrete Formwork and is known for their innovation in the industry. The successful candidate needs to be a good communicator and have the ability to coordinate with site management and the client when appropriate. They will be required to undertake surveying, setting out and site supervision work while keeping records of all site activities.

 Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for overseeing structure activity and staff, ensuring compliance with company procedures throughout. Regularly report to the project manager.
• Management of sub-contractors, labourers and onsite staff
• Management and control of plant and equipment
• Management of health and safety on site
• Understanding company policies with regard to quality and ensuring these are implemented at every level of works
• Understand quality requirements from specifications and drawings and ensure compliance with both, on site
• Keeping up to date site diaries and paperwork
• Conducting Toolbox Talks and Health and Safety Briefings
• Ensuring all staff receive full site inductions and briefings
• Ensure competence of staff
• Hold and/or attend regular review/updating meetings with the wider team

Candidate Specification:

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar trades Qualifications
• Excellent organizational communication skills
• Team player, who has the ability to self-start and work independently
• Full driving licence
• Strong numeracy and IT skills including MS Office, Word and Excel
• RC Frame experience
