Job Location: Mid Ulster

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a growing construction team delivering building and associated civil engineering projects across the NI/ROI.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Projects are predominantly located across the Northern Ireland/Mid Ulster, although occasional travel and work in the South may be required.

Site Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations on building and associated civil engineering projects.
  • Ensure all works are carried out safely and in compliance with health and safety legislation.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and programme delivery.
  • Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
  • Maintain accurate site records and reporting documentation.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required specifications.
  • Manage works within live operational environments while minimising disruption.

Site Manager Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Site Manager position.
  • Valid SSMT card.
  • Proven experience delivering building projects within live environments.
  • Knowledge and experience of associated civil engineering works.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and site management practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to travel and work across various UK locations.
