INFORM3 are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of a residential development project in Co. Kerry.

The role will involve managing the site team and coordinating all aspects of the residential civils and groundworks package, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme and quality requirements.

Site Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the day-to-day running of the site
  • Planning and coordinating civils, groundworks and site development activities
  • Managing site teams, subcontractors and plant
  • Overseeing roads, drainage, utilities, footpaths and associated infrastructure
  • Ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme
  • Coordinating with engineers, subcontractors and the wider project team
  • Monitoring progress and providing regular programme updates
  • Managing materials, labour and plant requirements
  • Ensuring high standards of workmanship and quality control
  • Maintaining site records and project documentation
  • Managing health and safety requirements across the site
  • Identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutions
  • Supporting the Project Manager with the successful delivery of the project

Site Manager Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential or civils projects
  • Strong background in groundworks and residential site development
  • Good knowledge of roads, drainage, utilities and associated civils
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site activities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of health and safety requirements
  • Full driving licence
  • Relevant Safe Pass and CSCS qualifications
