INFORM3 are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager on behalf of a well-established specialist fit-out and interiors contractor delivering projects across Ireland.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of fit-out works on a project in Meath/Dublin, coordinating site activities, subcontractors, materials and labour to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Site Manager – Fit Out Role

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the site and coordinate all site activities.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades and installation teams.
  • Liaise closely with the Project Manager, main contractor and wider project team.
  • Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and identify any issues that could impact programme or quality.
  • Coordinate deliveries, materials and site logistics.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety across the site.
  • Carry out regular quality inspections and ensure works are completed to a high standard.
  • Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
  • Assist with resolving technical and construction-related issues on site.
  • Ensure all site records and relevant documentation are maintained.
  • Manage snagging and ensure works are completed within agreed deadlines.

Site Manager – Fit Out Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in a Site Manager / Site Supervisor role.
  • Strong background in fit-out, interiors, joinery or commercial construction.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades on active construction sites.
  • Strong understanding of construction programmes, drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively within a busy project environment.
  • SMSTS or equivalent site management qualification.
  • Safe Pass and Manual Handling.
  • Full driving licence.
