Key Responsibilities
Site Manager must manage the day to day running of the site and its employees
Coordination and supervision of all site staff and sub-contractors
Work as part of a team along with the senior management staff on site in order to achieve project success
Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the latest drawing, specifications and programme
Making sure Projects are kept in budget while maintain quality and safety measures are upheld throughout
Safety is paramount – ensure everyone is maintaining safety measures to prevent outbreak or injury
Responsible for liaising with the client and design team on a daily basis and during project life cycle
Job Requirements
Candidates should have a degree level qualification in engineering, construction management or related subject
while post graduate qualifications and/or membership of a relevant professional institute such as Engineers Ireland is desirable
Must have residential or commerical experience in Projects up to €15M
5 + years Site Management experience
Fully computer literate (Microsoft office)
Can work with design drawings
