Project – Commercial & Residential Projects in Kells and the surrounding area

Job Location – Kells

Salary – Excellent salary and package depending on experience

About the Company

Building contractor based who has been trading nearly 40 years. The cater for every sector in construction. Medium sized contractor dealing with projects ranging from €250k - €10M. Excellent opportunity for a an Engineer looking to take the step into site management and grow the career

The Role

• The Site Manager shall be responsible for project completion on time, to specification, and within budget.
• He shall report to the relevant Contracts Manager
• Oversee operations on a day-to-day basis
• Manage labourers on site
• Keen to and able to still set out steel and concrete structures

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years engineering or management experience
• Trade Qualification or Construction related qualification
• Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work within a team and take instruction
• Excellent computer skills – and willing to use them!
• Microsoft Project proficient
• Basic knowledge of BCAR
