SITE MANAGER

Location: Drumcondra, Dublin

Salary: €60,000–€70,000 + Package

INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager on behalf of a leading construction contractor for a residential apartment development in Drumcondra, Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Site Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a project, acting as the Number 1 on Site and overseeing all construction activities from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience delivering apartment developments, with a strong understanding of RC frame construction and the ability to independently manage site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site.
• Act as Number 1 on site, overseeing all construction operations and site personnel.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades and labour.
• Oversee RC frame construction and subsequent building stages.
• Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, drawings and specifications.
• Monitor quality of workmanship, inspections and snagging.
• Manage site health and safety and ensure full compliance.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants and the wider project team.
• Manage labour, materials, plant and site resources.
• Drive programme delivery and ensure project deadlines are achieved.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in a Site Manager role.
• Proven experience delivering residential apartment developments.
• Strong RC frame construction experience is highly desirable.
• Previous experience acting as Number 1 on site or independently managing a project.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings and specifications.
• Excellent subcontractor management and organisational skills.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
• Relevant third-level qualification in Construction Management or Engineering is desirable.
