Site Manager - Facades - Dublin

Very active Facades Company who are working on large projects in the commercial and industrial sector. Often working alongside Tier 1 and 2 Contractors on major projects. The role requires a facades-experienced individual.

Job Title: Site Manager

Job Location: Dublin

Salary: €60k-€70k + package

Sector: Commercial & Industrial

 The Role:

• Responsible for the day-to-day externals of the project
• Producing a program of works
• Liaise and work collaboratively with the internal design team and any external team as and when required
• Reporting progress to Project Management
• Meeting deadlines
• Liaise with the logistics manager to ensure deliveries and lifts are carried out on time
• Uphold a high standard of Health & Safety at all times
• Attending regular meetings on and off site with the site team and the design team to ensure communication is concise

Job Requirements:

• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Office
• Previous facade experience with either a Tier 1 or 2 contractor or leading facade company
• Strong install experience
