Site Manager – Fit Out – Belfast

INFORM3 are recruiting a Fit-Out Site Manager, for commercial and residential projects in Belfast. The successful candidate will work for a client with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. The client is known for their award-winning projects and their continuation in producing high quality work. The client requires the candidate to be confident in managing site teams and ensuring projects reach deadlines and are finished to a high standard.

Fit-Out Site Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the Project Manager
• Coordinate with the various site teams on a regular basis, ensuring tasks are set out and achieved
• Ensure that there is a continuous line of communication between all site teams
• Coordinate Site Meetings discussing specific requirements or pressing issues
• Record all progress in the site diary
• Conduct inspections on works ensuring it is to a high standard
• Ensure internal and external inspection are passed and processed
• Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered to
• Order in materials and equipment when necessary
• Assist in emergency situations
• Record any accidents and report these to the relevant parties immediately
• Attend Management meetings

Fit-Out Site Manager Specification:

• Construction Management Degree or Background
• 4 years plus experience in a similar role
• Preferably from a Fit-Out / Joinery background
• Able to manage and motivate
• Sound knowledge of standards and specifications
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Full Driving License
