Site Manager - Fit Out - Belfast

INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Site Manager (Fitout)  

Project – Commercial Fit Out

Job Location – Belfast  

Salary - £37K- £45K + travel

About the Company

A fantastic opportunity to work with a very busy fit out Contractor on Commercial fitout projects across Northern Ireland.  

They currently have two large commercial projects starting in Belfast and Tenders are in for multiple hospitality contracts throughout the City.

Long-term work in NI for the right candidate.

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of various commercial fit out projects as required by the business.
• Oversee commercial, hospitality and retail fit out projects across Northern Ireland.
• Manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites.
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time, in budget and to a high standard.
• Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, procurement of materials and meeting deadlines.
• Ensure H&S and Company Policies are adhered to at all times on site.
• Liaise with Senior Management and Clients to update them of project progress

Requirements

• Ideally Joinery background with relevant accreditation
• A minimum of 5 years proven experience working in the fit-out industry in the UK or ROI.
• Flexibility- applicants must be flexible with travel to different sites as required by the business (expenses covered by Contractor)
• Strong awareness of H&S and Health and Welfare Regulations and ability to implement these regulations on site.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
