Currently looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their well-established team. The role involves overseeing commercial fit-out projects across Dublin.

This is a permanent position driven by continued business growth and a strong pipeline of secured projects. The company is a consistently busy fit-out contractor with an excellent reputation in the Dublin market.

The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in commercial fit-outs across sectors such as hospitality, restaurants, office spaces, and general commercial environments.

 

Site Manager – Fit-Out Job Role:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of commercial fit-out projects across Dublin
  • Serve as the main point of contact for site staff, subcontractors, clients, and the design team
  • Report to and support the Project Manager and Senior Site Manager
  • Supervise site personnel, including direct employees and subcontractors
  • Oversee material procurement, ensuring project needs are met within budget
  • Monitor subcontractor performance to maintain productivity, timelines, and cost control
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, particularly health and safety regulations

 

Site Manager – Fit-Out Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Construction Management or a trade background (carpentry/joinery preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the construction sector in Ireland
  • Background with a main contractor or fit-out contractor is highly desirable
  • Experience on high-volume residential developments is essential
