Inform3 are recruiting for Site Managers for an established specialist fit-out contractor to oversee projects in Meath. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Site Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site activities from project commencement through to completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, and material deliveries
• Ensure health & safety procedures are implemented and maintained on site
• Monitor programme timelines and report progress to senior management
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure work meets specification standards
• Liaise with clients, design teams, and main contractors
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently to minimise delays

Site Manager Requirements:

• Previous experience managing interior fit-out projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site coordination
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and meet deadlines
• Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification
• SMSTS / SSSTS or equivalent preferred
• Full driving licence
