INFORM3 are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager to lead the delivery of fast-paced Fit-Out and refurbishment projects across the UK and Ireland. The role involves taking full responsibility for site operations, working closely with project leadership to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, within programme, and to a high-quality finish.

 

Site Manager – Fit Out Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all on-site activities from commencement through to project completion
  • Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations
  • Maintain strict compliance with health and safety standards across all site operations
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Manage day-to-day site logistics, including materials and resource requirements
  • Monitor progress against programme and provide regular updates to senior management
  • Prepare and maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
  • Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively to maintain project momentum
  • Drive productivity and ensure teams remain focused and aligned with project goals
  • Ensure effective communication between site teams, subcontractors, and management
  • Maintain a professional, organised, and accountable approach to site delivery

 

Site Manager – Fit Out Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Site Manager role within construction
  • Qualification equivalent to NVQ Level 4 or higher in Construction Site Management
  • Strong background in Fit-Out and refurbishment projects
  • Experience working on projects across the UK and Ireland
  • Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site interfaces
  • Strong planning, organisational, and sequencing skills
  • Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and construction programmes
  • Experience working in fast-track project environments
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Competent IT skills for reporting and project administration
  • Full valid driving licence
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
  • CSCS or equivalent construction competency card
  • CSR / Safe Pass (for Ireland-based works)
  • Valid First Aid qualification
  • Fire Warden training or equivalent site safety certification
