Growing contractor based in Limerick are looking Site Managers for their healthcare projects. The contractor has picked up great experience working in both Public and Private sectors. With more specific expertise in Healthcare, New Builds, Refurbishments and Heritage Projects.

The Role

  • Reporting to Project Manager and Contracts Manager
  • Delivery of the job on time, within specification and on budget whilst maintaining high safety, environmental and quality standards.
  • Liaising with management, Site Personnel, Design Team & Client, Building Services team and all other stakeholders.
  • Managing sub-contractors, engineering and operational staff and personnel on site.
  • Scheduling weekly work programmes, recording and reviewing weekly progress reports Implementation of daily and weekly programmes together with the issue of programme details to sub-contractors.
  • Attending and participating and hosting in weekly Site Meetings



Job Requirements 

  • Main Contractor Experience preferable
  • Degree in construction management or Trade qualification is essential  
  • Experience with commercial projects    
  • 5+ Yrs Experience Site Management
  • Computer literate
  • Full understanding of design drawings
  • Clean driving licence
  • IOSH Managing Safety in Construction, Occupational First Aid, and any other CSCS or CPD
  • Fully Updated with BCAR
