SITE MANAGER – DUBLIN

INFORM3 are recruiting a Site Manager to join a leading Tier 1 contractor on a major apartment development in Dublin.

This is a long-term opportunity with an established contractor, working on a large-scale residential project as part of an experienced site team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day site operations
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site teams
• Ensure works are delivered to programme and quality standards
• Manage health & safety on site
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers and design teams
• Monitor progress, materials and resources
• Ensure works are completed to drawings and specifications
• Resolve site issues and maintain high standards of delivery

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Construction-related qualification
• 3+ years' experience as a Site Manager
• Experience on large-scale residential projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and quality requirements
• Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams
