INFORM3 are looking to appoint a Site Manager to work on a wastewater project based in Kildare for a tier 1 contractor.

The client has over 60 years’ experience looking someone who has at least 5 years proven experience as a site manager and who can work well in a team. They are well known to finish each project to an extremely high calibre

Site Manager Job Requirements:

• Coordination and supervision of the construction of a residential and commercial development.
• Oversee Industrial projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites.
• Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site.
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
• Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, ordering of materials and meeting deadlines.
• Perform company compliance and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.

Site Manager Job Specification:

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar.
• A minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Site Manager.
• Experience managing high volume projects from concept to handover is essential.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
• Strong I.T skills are essential. (Microsoft Suite including Project)
