SITE MANAGER

Location: Co. Kildare

Salary: €75,000 - €85,000

INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager on behalf of a leading building contractor for a school construction project in Co. Kildare.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the education and commercial sectors.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the project, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day site operations and construction activities.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel.
• Ensure the project is delivered in line with agreed programmes and deadlines.
• Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Manage site health and safety procedures and ensure full compliance.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants and the wider project team.
• Monitor labour, materials, plant and subcontractor requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and manage snagging and defects.
• Maintain accurate site records and provide regular progress updates.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in a Site Manager role within the construction industry.
• Previous experience delivering commercial, educational or similar building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings and specifications.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams.
• Excellent understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
• Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
• Relevant third-level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
