Site Manager - London - Tyrone

INFORM3 Construction Recruitment is keen to speak with Site Managers for High Rise Commercial Projects across in Mainland UK on behalf of a Top Tier Contractor from NI. Excellent projects to work on and would look great in the CV; Travel expenses and accommodation will be covered.

Job Title – Site Manager

Job Location – Mainland UK

Salary - £55,000 - £60,000 plus package

The Role

• In charge of the overall day to day operations on site
• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the specification programme
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Managing health and safety delivery on site
• Attending weekly management team meeting 
• Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years engineering / site management experience, preferably within large sites
• Experience in commercial & residential
• Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
• PC Skills to complete timesheets, requisitions etc
