Inform3 Recruitment are looking for a Site Manager with large commercial works experience to work on one of their signature projects in London Area

About the Company
Very established Irish construction company operating for more than 30 years and working on projects up to £60M throughout Ireland and the UK. The focus on large commercial new builds in sectors such as industrial, healthcare and Residential



The Role


  • Reporting to Project Manager.
  • Responsible for day to day running of the site with management talks between project manager and the senior foreman
  • Coordination and supervision of all site staff and sub-contractors
  • Carry out weekly site meetings
  • Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the latest drawing, specifications and programme
  • Ensure Projects are kept to projected and budgeted costings
  • Ensure all safety systems are in place and abided by to ensure accident prevention
  • Responsible for liaising with the client and design team on a daily basis and during project life cycle



Job Requirements


  • Main Contractor Experience is desirable
  • Background in engineering preferable
  • Experience with Projects above €5M    
  • 5+ Yrs Experience Site Management
  • Must have degree or equivalent
  • Computer literate
  • Full understanding of design drawings
  • Clean driving licence
  • IOSH Managing Safety in Construction, Occupational First Aid, and any other CSCS or CPD
