SITE MANAGER – STAMULLEN, CO. DUBLIN

THE PROJECT

INFORM3 are recruiting an experienced Site Manager on behalf of a leading residential developer for a major housing development in Stamullen, Co. Dublin.

The initial phase will consist of approximately 250 residential units, with the development progressing to 600+ units across future phases. With 5 years of work secured, this is a long-term opportunity for an experienced Site Manager looking to take a key role on a large-scale residential development.

THE ROLE

The successful Site Manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of the project, working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team to ensure the development is delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to a high standard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel.
• Plan and monitor works to ensure programme targets are achieved.
• Ensure construction is completed in accordance with drawings and specifications.
• Manage quality control and ensure works meet required standards.
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials and site resources.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, engineers, design team and client.
• Monitor progress and address any issues or delays.
• Maintain strong Health & Safety standards across the site.
• Manage inspections, snagging and project close-out.
• Lead and motivate the site team to ensure successful project delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a Main Contractor or Residential Developer.
• Strong experience delivering residential developments.
• Experience managing large-scale housing projects is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and project sequencing.
• Excellent subcontractor and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and quality requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Relevant construction qualification is desirable.
• Safe Pass and relevant site certifications.
