Site Manager - RC Frame - London

Very established Irish construction company are looking for an Experienced Site Manager with knowledge of RC Frame Projects. This Contractor is operating for more than 30 years and working on projects up to £60M throughout Ireland and the UK. They focus on large commercial new builds in sectors such as industrial, healthcare and Residential

Salary              £60k - £65k (plus travel package)

The Role

• Experienced Site Manager to be lead man on site
• Reporting to Contracts Manager
• Responsible for day to day running of the site with management talks between project manager and the senior foreman
• Coordination and supervision of all site staff and sub-contractors
• Carry out weekly site meetings
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the latest drawing, specifications and programme
• Ensure Projects are kept to projected and budgeted costings
• Ensure all safety systems are in place and abided by to ensure accident prevention
• Responsible for liaising with the client and design team on a daily basis and during project life cycle

Job Requirements 

• Main Contractor Experience is desirable
• Background in engineering preferable
• Experience with RC Frame Projects above €10M    
• 5+ Yrs Experience Site Management
• Must have degree or equivalent
• Computer literate
• Full understanding of design drawings
• Clean driving licence
• IOSH Managing Safety in Construction, Occupational First Aid, and any other CSCS or CPD
