INFORM3 Construction Recruitment are keen to speak with Site Managers for a Large Residential Project in Belfast. This construction company has long term work in the Belfast / Antrim Areas. They have a long pipeline of work and would specialise in the residential side of construction

Salary                         £40k - £45k

The Project

• Working closely with the Project Manager to drive the project on
• Ensure all best practices for health and safety are being followed.
• Assist in programming
• Overseeing & organising the various project work streams to ensure a successful project delivery.
• participating in preparation of necessary documents for inclusion on tender submissions, including site visits
• Responsible for all subcontractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline or an equivalent technical degree.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction Management, 3 of which must be in a site management role
• Experience in Residential construction is necessary
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to read, understand and create contractual requirements, scope objectives and financial reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
