Salary –                €75,000 - €85,000 + vehicle + bonus  

*Salary Negotiable depending on experience*

About the Company

Working with an increasingly busy Developer who specialise in high value new builds across the Region with a particular emphasis on residential construction. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a Site/ Senior Site Manager with experience managing high rise new build developments.

My client is looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment with quick turnover of homes.

The Role

• Coordinate and monitor and review construction drawings, specifications and work requirements.
• Modify and update the project programme with senior management to ensure key milestones are met.
• Liaise with the design team to ensure works are completed according to the programme.
• Report to the Projects Manager and Contracts Manager.
• Direct and Manage personnel, site staff and subcontractors and manage and coordinate weekly progress meetings, workshops and plan actions.
• Overcome any issues that may arise during the construction phase in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure that H&S and Company Compliance procedures are adhered to.
• Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate and liaise with Contracts & Projects Manager, Site Engineers and Service Coordinators to ensure all personnel have accurate and timely information.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management or similar (Third level qualification) is essential.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing residential projects with a main contractor or specialist contractor in Ireland.  
• Proven record of overseeing the complete construction of a new residential development – ideally apartments
• Proven history of having worked on high volume developments
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors at a time.
• Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
