Job Title – Site Manager – Top 40 Contractor  

Project – Social Housing – New Builds  

Job Location – Belfast / Antrim Area  

Salary - £40K - £650K + Travel  

About the Company

Fantastic Building Contractor working on a £10M project in Belfast City require a strong Site Manager/ Foreman. The project is a new social housing development with a minimum of 2 years run time.

This top Main Contractor has an excellent reputation for developing their staff and delivering a high standard of Projects year on year.

Full Travel & Accommodation will be provided by the contractor.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar.
• A minimum of 5 years proven experience working as a Site Manager with a Main Contractor in NI or UK.
• Strong awareness of H&S and Health and Welfare Regulations and ability to implement these regulations on site.
• Experience delivering high volume social housing developments from greenfield to handover for an NI Based Contractor or Client.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
• Strong I.T skills are essential. (Microsoft Suite including Project)
