About the Company

Extremely reputable main building contractor that focus’s on high value projects on large commercial contracts. They would work on projects ranging from £10M - £80M. They are looking a Site Manager to come on board on a full-time position to oversee these projects and report into the Contracts Managers and Project managers. Excellent benefits and progression are included

The Role

• Reporting to Project Manager.
• Responsible for day to day running of the site with management talks between project manager and the senior foreman
• Coordination and supervision of all site staff and sub-contractors
• Carry out weekly site meetings
• Ensure Projects are kept to projected and budgeted costings
• Ensure all safety systems are in place and abided by to ensure accident prevention

Job Requirements 

• Main Contractor Experience is desirable
• Background in engineering preferable
• Experience with Projects above €5M    
• 7+ Yrs Experience Site Management
• Must have degree or equivalent
• Computer literate
• Full understanding of design drawings
• Clean driving licence
• IOSH Managing Safety in Construction, Occupational First Aid, and any other CSCS or CPD
