Site Manager – North West

INFORM3 Construction Recruitment has a new opportunity for a highly reputable building contractor. The company has 40 years’ experience working solely in Northern Ireland building projects from £500K through to £6M. The have a new project for a repeat client that is valued at £800K. The project is the new build of a community centre. Opportunity to work long term in Northern Ireland in a good mixture of new build commercial and housing schemes. Competitive salary with van & fuel.

Site Manager Criteria

• Building Background
• Demonstrable record of successfully delivering New Build Projects valued £1M+
• Experience of planning and monitoring project programmes to budgets and resources ensuring delivery to time and cost constraints
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients
• Experience of managing and developing a team

Site Manager Duties

• Ensure that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards and meet programme and budgetary constraints
• Day to day running of Site
• Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets
• Preparing and monitoring work programmes to deliver projects to deadlines
• Responsibility for maintaining excellent client relationships
• Providing specialist technical leadership
