Rightpath are recruiting for a highly respected building company who requires an experienced Site Manager to project manage a £8M new build commercial development in the midlands. The project will run through for 18 months but this is an opportunity for permanent employment with a Contractor that works predominantly in Northern Ireland. The company has a particular need for a Site Manager with a proven track record in office developments, apartments or hotels, coming from a strong building background. Our client has been operating for over 30 years in the local and UK market, building some high-profile projects in that time. This is an excellent opportunity to gain employment with a contractor who has a good balance of work between Northern Ireland and the UK. Site Manager Criteria

• Previous experience in Hotels / Office Developments
• Demonstrable record of successfully delivering projects up to £5M
• Experience of planning and monitoring project programmes to budgets and resources ensuring delivery to time and cost constraints
• IT and standard industry software skills
• Ambitious and self-motivated

Site Manager Duties

• Reporting to the Contracts Manager
• Day to day running of Site
• Monitoring work programmes to deliver projects to deadlines
• Providing specialist technical leadership
• Work closely with Sub-Contractors
