Site Manager – Wexford

INFORM3 Construction Recruitment has a new opportunity for a Site Manager to work with a highly reputable medium sized building contractor. The award-winning construction company has been operating for over 40 years and have an excellent reputation for staff retention. Due to their reinvestment in the company and continued growth they are keen to add to their management team. The project is a New Build Steel Frame development with a substantial carpark and access road. Competitive salary along with a van & fuel card.

Site Manager Criteria

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a No.1 Site Manager
• Experience delivering projects €2M+ on time and to perfection
• Strong Engineering / Trades / Building Background
• Experience of planning and monitoring project programmes
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients
• Experience of managing and developing a team

Site Manager Duties

• Report to the Contracts Manager
• Day to day running of Site
• Preparing and monitoring work programmes to deliver projects to deadlines
• Responsibility for maintaining excellent client relationship
• Providing specialist technical leadership
