Site Supervisor - Armagh

INFORM3 Recruitment are looking for a Site Supervisor on behalf of a main building contractor from Northern Ireland, specialising in building, fit out and facades. This contractor works all over Ireland and the UK, building large commercial projects in all sectors such as education and healthcare

Job Title                       Site Supervisor

Job Location                Armagh based

Salary                          £35,000 - £45,000

The Role

• Oversee the manufacturing package on the projects
• Report to Project Manager on site
• Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site
• Ensure completion dates are met
• Management of H&S on site to ensure highest standards are maintained
• Ensuring quality of works

Requirements

• Specialist sub-contracting background desirable from glazing and facades
• All rounder background in sectors such as fit out, building and civils is preferred
• Trades background
• Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
• To be good at working with people at all levels and willing to work in a team.
• The ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/project
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
