Site Supervisor – Northern Ireland
INFORM3 are looking to appoint a Site Supervisor, for utilities projects in Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will work on behalf of a client with over 30 years’ experience in the civil engineering industry. The client places great importance in upkeeping health and safety throughout site and also ensuring each project is finished to perfection.
The client requires a Site Supervisor with experience in working on utilities and managing civils teams.
Site Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
- Report to Senior Management
- Manage sites as purposed by the Project Plan
- Ensure each site member is clear on their role and supervised effectively
- Motivate the site team to reach daily and weekly targets
- Maintain and uphold current legislations for Health and Safety on site
- Ensure site paperwork is updated
- Assist in emergency situations
- Liaise with Senior Management and the Client
- Manage traffic on and off site
- Ensure company values are adhered to throughout site
- Complete other tasks required by management
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Civil Engineering Background / Civil Supervisor Background
- 2 years’ plus experience in a similar role
- Experience in managing civils teams
- Experience in working with utilities
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Experience in using Microsoft Office
- Full Driving License
