Job Title – Site Supervisor

Job Location – Belfast

Salary – dependant on individual

About the Company

Excellent main building contractor who are involved in various sectors across NI and the UK. They would consistently be involved in projects valued at £7M - £10M. They have various sites in Northern Ireland and are currently seeking a site supervisor on a temporary basis, however will take the candidate on full time if shown the right attitude

The Role

• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the specification programme
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Ensuring work is carried out safely to the highest of standards
• Managing health and safety delivery on site
• Attending weekly management team meeting 
• Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of standards
• Dealing with all health and safety issues on site

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years General Foreman / Site Management experience
