INFORM3 Construction Recruitment is currently seeking a Site Foreman for civils projects including landscaping, earthworks and drainage across Dublin. The client is expanding due to an increase in demand for their services, an excellent opportunity to grow alongside the company.
 

Job Title – Site/Civil Foreman
Job Location – Dublin

Salary – €65k+

Job Role:

• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the project programme.
• Ensuring work is carried out safely to the highest of standards
• Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site
• Maintaining the site diary – keeping detailed notes of all site activities
• Maintaining quality control checks
• Co-ordinating weekly site meetings, discussing key objectives
• Cooperating with the senior management team.
• Managing traffic on site

Specification:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience
• Worked as a Site Foreman or in a similar position
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
• Good planning, leadership & attention to detail.
• Full driving license
