Job Title – Site/Project Engineer
Job Location – Belfast/North Down
Project – Residential Extensions/Renovations
Salary – £35K - £45K plus package
About the Company:
A Medium sized builder going strong over 30 years winning multiple awards along the way. They are known for their high standard they bring to each and every project they undertake.
They are currently on the lookout for a Site/Project Engineer to come on board and help grow the business. There is opportunity to grow with the company for the right individual
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Project/Contracts Manager.
- Assist PM in various office admin and site management.
- Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications
- liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
- Able to carry out and instruct in Setting out and levelling the site.
- Excellent company to grow and learn from.
- Carrying out one-off extensions, houses, renovations and groundworks.
Criteria Required:
- Setting out experience is essential with use of various equipment including GPS and total station etc.
- Main contractor experience preferred but not essential.
- Experience in multiple projects, including large developments, bespoke new-builds, extensions and renovations.
- 3rd level qualification in relevant field, or equivalent.
- Computer literate.
- Full understanding of design drawings.
- Clean driving licence.
- Full Safety Qualifications.
