About the Company

Handling Projects up to €15M / €20M, this main contractor specialises in large commercial projects and have contracts with big retail giants in Ireland. Excellent experience in the construction industry with over 25 years building. Looking for a very experienced Site Manager to enhance their project team.

The Role

• Reporting to MD & CM, and liaising with the Client, QS and Architect
• Reviewing drawing specifications
• Order local materials and arrange access to site & organise health and safety requirements
• Responsible for day to day running of the site with management talks between project manager and the senior foreman
• Coordination and supervision of all site staff and sub-contractors
• Carry out weekly site meetings
• Ensure Projects are kept to projected and budgeted costings
• Ensure all safety systems are in place and abided by to ensure accident prevention
• Responsible for all setting out on site

Job Requirements 

•   Main Contractor Experience is desirable
• Experience with Projects above €5M    
• 7+ Yrs Experience Site Management
• Must have degree or equivalent
• Computer literate
• Full understanding of design drawings
• Clean driving licence
• IOSH Managing Safety in Construction, Occupational First Aid, and any other CSCS or CPD
