Stores Administrator     Co. Armagh       £20-22K

Inform3 are currently recruiting for a Stores Administrator to join our client’s team who are based in County Armagh that is easily commutable from Newry, Markethill or Banbridge.

This role is suited to someone who has 2 years administration experience, ideally within the engineering industry, and has the ability to learn on the job and work within a great team that strive for improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To carry out and maintain any relevant and updating of all systems that are required.
  • To deal with and prioritise all invoices and purchasing orders that are requested.
  • Communication with the Manager or any other senior member of staff of any queries or information that is important.
  • To deal with customers on a regular basis face-to-face or on the phone and assist with anything that may require.
  • Making use of the resources that are provided in order to get the correct solution that is needed.
  • To create and manage all inventory and stock controls with the correct documentation that is required.
  • To adhere to the companies Rules & Regulations and follow them accordingly.

Essential Criteria:

  • 2+ years’ experience inventory/admin experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of MS Office and IT Skills.
  • Excellent Verbal and Non-Verbal Communications.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle and control workload when necessary.
