Substation Electrician ROI based (Travel required) Salary: Competitive
Our client is currently recruiting for a HV Substation Electrician to become a part of their growing team. They use the latest in design software tools to provide solutions to ensure all challenges are met, risks are managed and client requirements are met.
This role would involve travel to sites across the whole of the Republic of Ireland. This role would offer great opportunities for progression, excellent training opportunities a generous pay and holiday allowance.
This role would also come with a van and fuel card.
Roles& Responsibilities
- Ensuring operational safety every day in accordance to policy reporting to the Electrical Station Supervisor.
- Ensure risk and control measures are identified and adhered to.
- Installation of electrical infrastructure.
- Erection of steelwork for all MV, HV equipment.
- Delivery of installation works in accordance to the Programme.
Essential criteria
- Several years’ experience with MV and HV Electrical Substation installation projects.
- Fundamental understanding of MV AND HV electrical equipment installation and LV wiring and cable schedules.
- Ability to pass and maintain necessary authorisations.
- Drivers Licence
