INFORM3 are recruiting for a Team Lead for our successful Manufacturing client based in County Meath. This role is easily commutable from Dundalk, Ardee, Drogheda and Kells.

This role is suited to the individual candidate that has an understanding of all aspects of supervision, production, quality, training and many other areas that will be under your control and you will be reporting to the Production Supervisor on a regular basis.

Duties Include:

• You will report to the Production Manager/Supervisor on a daily basis of all information that is required.
• Provide leadership and maintain a high standard of all aspects within all the departments throughout the company.
• Communicate effectively to a team of people within all aspects of the Production, Training, Health & Safety, Quality, Projects and discipline in a specific area of control.
• Plan the daily production, allocate duties, organise material supplies, co-ordinate breaks and advise the team when and where necessary.
• Ensure that regular inspections are carried out of departmental production and make sure to record all information.
• To participate and ensure that all employees that are under your control are fully trained.
• Ensure that your team has an awareness of all Quality Plans and Quality Documents relating to production.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 2+ years plus experience working within a Manufacturing Environment.
• Ability to schedule, plan and implement performance monitoring.
• Experience using ERP Systems is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication.
• Hands on approach to work.
• Proficient IT Skills such as Microsoft Excel.
• Keen understanding of the importance of Safety, Quality and on-time delivery.
