INFORM3 are currently on the lookout for an experienced candidate for our client who are based in Omagh who are widely recognised for their work through renewable energy within the manufacturing Industry.

Duties Include:

• Provide leadership and maintain a high standard of all aspects within all the departments throughout the company.
• Communicate effectively to a team of people within all aspects of the Production, Training, Health & Safety, Quality, Projects and discipline in a specific area of control.
• Plan the daily production, allocate duties, organise material supplies, co-ordinate breaks and advise the team when and where necessary.
• Ensure that regular inspections are carried out of departmental production and make sure to record all information.
• To participate and ensure that all employees that are under your control are fully trained.
• Ensure that your team has an awareness of all Quality Plans and Quality Documents relating to production.
• Ensure all work carried out is done so within the H&S requirements.
• Provide KPI’s for all fault prevention and for continuous improvement on a daily basis.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 3+ years’ experience working within a Manufacturing Environment.
• Ability to schedule, plan and implement performance monitoring.
• Experience using ERP Systems is an advantage.
• Mechanical or Electrical qualifications or time served (NVQ, HNC or equivalent).
• Excellent understanding and knowledge of mechanical engineering and electronics.
• Familiar with a plant room environment
